she was 96 years 1 month 14 days when she died.
She lived her entire life within 25 miles of her birthplace. 12 years pri or to her death, she fell and suffered a broken hip, bearing patiently a nd cheerfully, Grandma Trout, (as those who loved her called her) nee ds no words of eulogy from us. Her life wrote her by loving God and her n eoghbors. We can add no greater tribute to her memory than: "She liv ed a life of service and died the death of the righteous".
Amy married Jasper Trout on 18 Apr 1858 in Ohio.194 (Jasper Trout was born on 14 Jan 1835 in Ohio 194 and died in Sep 1917 194.)
