Rev 8:7 The first angel sounded his trumpet, and there came hail and fire mixed with blood, and it was hurled down on the earth. A third of the earth was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up. 8 The second angel sounded his trumpet, and something like a huge mountain, all ablaze, was thrown into the sea. A third of the sea turned into blood, 9 a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.

My thoughts

I was reading an article entitled The Moon Is Rusting, and Researchers Want to Know Why On the NASA website. I found it interesting that the Greek word for blood is Haima (αἷμα), The word Haima is also where the Greeks got the word Hematite because the "rusting" of the Iron appears to be blood. So the Moon is turning to Hema or in the Greek, Haima, the Moon is turning to BLOOD. Of course, if you read the article, it says that with no water or oxygen o the Moon, NASA can't figure out how it is rusting unless there are some amounts of water and oxygen on the moon. That got me thinking...

What if a meteorite or better yet a comet hit the moon depositing water (H2O). The moon would have even more water and oxygen thus turning it even more into blood at a faster rate. If that comet sent chunks of the moon and the comet itself flying towards the earth, it would rain down hail (ice from the comet) fire from small meteorites and Hematites or bloodstones. upon the Earth. What if they hit the western hemisphere thus taking out 1/3 of the Earth. This would explain why America is not an end time player. 

If one of the chunks was large enough or part of the moon was blown off, that would satisfy the 2nd Trumpet as a huge mountain of rock fell into the sea off the coast of China. (Heaviest shipping lanes) the tsunami would take out what was left of North and South America as well as most of the Pacific islands including Northern Australia and New Zealand.

You would have a world just recovering from WWIII in Europe, as well as the Daniel 11 war in the Middle East quickly followed by the Rapture of the Church including every child under the age of accountability.

You have the Comet hit the moon and 1/3 of the planet on fire, Massive starvation not to mention what this does to the polar vortex.

The earth will be begging for a savior and right on time, the Jews will get the two prophets (either Elijah and Moses, or Elijah and John the Apostle come back to earth) leading 144,000 new Jewish believers, and the Gentiles will get the Antichrist.
