He's found in the 1840 census in Covington, Tioga County, PA: BILLMAN, Jac ob. In the household there was one male between the ages of 10-15; one ma le between the ages of 20-30 [probably Jacob, Jr.] and one male between t he ages of 50-60 [probably Jacob, Sr.]. There was one female between the a ges of 15-20 and one female between the ages of 50-60 [probably Charlotte] .

Jacob married Charlotte ???. (Charlotte ??? was born about 1783 in New Jersey.)
