MRS. JOHN (AUDREY F.) DAVIS DIES AT AGE OF 90.
Mrs. Sudrey Frances Myrtle Davis, 406 Calhoun street, died at 5:50 o'clo ck Friday afternoon at the Chillicothe hospital. Mrs. Davis, 90, had be en in failing health several years and seriously ill since October 13.
She was born in Illinois, a daughter of Adam Beever and Mary E. Beeve r. She came to Livingston County with her parents when one year old and h ad resided here since that time. On Sep 26, 1901, she was married to Jo hn Harrison Davis at Avalon. He died Mar 4, 1928.
Mrs. Davis attended Green rural school. She was a member of the United M ethodist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Forrest Davis and Jewell Davis, RFD 1, CHill icothe; a daughter, Mrs. Ed Summerville, RFD 5, Chillicothe; six grandchil dren, and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Lo is Geneva, in 1939 and several brothers and sisters.
Memorial services will be held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon from the cha pel of the Norman Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Wheeling cemetar y. The casket will be closed at 1:55 o'clock and not reopened.
